Plain language. No tricks.

By registering for, attending, watching, or purchasing access to The Outbound Summit, you agree to these terms. We'll keep it short and human.

§ 01

Acceptance of terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and ColdRelay LLC ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't register, watch, or buy a Pass.

§ 02

What the Summit is

The Outbound Summit is a quarterly online broadcast featuring talks, panels, and live builds about AI-native outbound. Times, lineups, and topics may change. We try to give as much notice as possible.

§ 03

Free seat & All-Access Pass

Free seat
Lets you watch one event live. Personal use only — don't share the link.
All-Access Pass
$99/year. Unlocks recordings, the playbook archive, the alumni community, and 30% off ColdRelay & Handshake. One person, one account.
Sharing
If we detect link sharing or account abuse, we'll revoke access without refund.
§ 04

Code of conduct

We have zero tolerance for:

  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats — toward anyone.
  • Pitching your product in chat or in DMs to other attendees.
  • Recording or republishing live sessions without permission.
  • Spamming the community channels with promotion.

Violation means immediate removal, no refund, and potential ban from future events.

§ 05

Recordings & intellectual property

Talks, slides, recordings, and playbooks are owned by the speaker or by ColdRelay LLC. Your All-Access Pass gives you a personal, non-transferable license to watch and use the materials.

You may not repost recordings, sell them, embed them in your own course, or train AI models on them.

§ 06

Refund policy

All-Access Pass: 30 days, no questions asked. Email support@outboundsummit.co from your purchase email and we'll refund within 5 business days.

Free seats can't be "refunded" — there's nothing to refund. If we cancel an entire event, Pass holders get either a pro-rated refund or a free year extension. See the full refund policy.

§ 07

Speaker terms

If you're selected to speak:

  • You grant us a license to record, edit, distribute, and re-air your talk on Summit channels and to All-Access Pass holders.
  • You confirm your talk is original work or that you have rights to share it.
  • You'll get a free All-Access Pass for that calendar year.
  • You can ask us to take down your recording at any time, and we will, within 30 days.
§ 08

No earnings guarantee

Talks reflect the speaker's individual experience. Anything you implement is at your own risk. We make no guarantees about meetings booked, replies received, revenue generated, or any other outcome from learning at the Summit. If anyone tells you otherwise, that's not us.

§ 09

Third-party tools & trademarks

Talks reference tools like Claude, Clay, n8n, Lemlist, Apollo, LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook, and others. Those names and logos belong to their respective owners. The Outbound Summit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Specifically: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), Google LLC, LinkedIn Corporation, X Corp, Anthropic PBC, and OpenAI, Inc. have not endorsed or reviewed this event in any way.

§ 10

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Summit is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, for free-seat attendees, is $0). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

§ 11

Termination

We can suspend or revoke access if you violate these terms. You can cancel your All-Access Pass any time from your account settings.

§ 12

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved in King County, WA, unless your local law requires otherwise.

§ 13

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered attendees at least 14 days before they take effect.
