If the All-Access Pass doesn't earn its $99 back in playbooks you actually use, we'll refund you. Here's exactly how that works.

§ 01

The 30-day window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of your All-Access Pass. We don't care if you watched every recording, applied every playbook, and downloaded every template. If you want your money back inside 30 days, you get it.

§ 02

How to request

  • Email support@outboundsummit.co from the email you used to purchase.
  • Subject line: "Refund request"
  • That's it. No form, no Loom video, no exit interview.

We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method. Banks usually take another 3–10 days to show the credit on your statement.

§ 03

After 30 days

After day 31, the Pass is non-refundable for the rest of that calendar year. You can still cancel auto-renew any time from your account, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

§ 04

If we cancel an event

If we cancel an entire Summit volume, All-Access Pass holders get either a pro-rated cash refund (your choice) or one extra free quarter added to the end of your subscription.

Schedule changes (e.g. moving an event by a few days) don't qualify — we'll always give you at least 14 days' notice of any schedule shift.

§ 05

Chargebacks

Please email us before you initiate a chargeback — it's faster, and we want to fix whatever's wrong. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first revokes Pass access immediately, including the 30-day window.

§ 06

Free seats

You didn't pay anything for a free seat, so there's nothing to refund. If you can't make a live event, no problem — register for the next one, or grab a Pass to watch the recordings.

§ 07

Contact

Email support@outboundsummit.co. Mo's team responds within one business day.
