If the All-Access Pass doesn't earn its $99 back in playbooks you actually use, we'll refund you. Here's exactly how that works.
The 30-day window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of your All-Access Pass. We don't care if you watched every recording, applied every playbook, and downloaded every template. If you want your money back inside 30 days, you get it.
How to request
- Email support@outboundsummit.co from the email you used to purchase.
- Subject line: "Refund request"
- That's it. No form, no Loom video, no exit interview.
We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method. Banks usually take another 3–10 days to show the credit on your statement.
After 30 days
After day 31, the Pass is non-refundable for the rest of that calendar year. You can still cancel auto-renew any time from your account, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
If we cancel an event
Schedule changes (e.g. moving an event by a few days) don't qualify — we'll always give you at least 14 days' notice of any schedule shift.
Chargebacks
Please email us before you initiate a chargeback — it's faster, and we want to fix whatever's wrong. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first revokes Pass access immediately, including the 30-day window.
Free seats
You didn't pay anything for a free seat, so there's nothing to refund. If you can't make a live event, no problem — register for the next one, or grab a Pass to watch the recordings.
