This policy covers what data we collect when you register for The Outbound Summit, watch a session, buy an All-Access Pass, or apply to speak — and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
We collect only what's needed to run the event:
How we use it
- Send you the live link, schedule, and post-event recap.
- Deliver All-Access Pass benefits (recordings, playbooks, community).
- Read & reply to speaker applications.
- Improve the event & site based on what people actually use.
- Send (occasional) emails about future Summit volumes — opt-out at any time.
Storage & security
Data is stored on AWS (US-West) and processed by trusted vendors (Stripe for payments, Postmark/Resend for email, Mux/Vimeo for video). We use industry-standard measures but no system is 100% secure.
